Описание работы

The candidate will ensure the assignments implementation of the company, will organize and monitor the ongoing activities.You should have excellent research skills and be self-driven to be able to understand also the technical aspects of our products to implement the above-mentioned tasks.

Обязанности

Develop project organization and implementation plan
Coordinate communication among engineering, supply, production and quality management departments
Coordinate and manage the internal resources that are needed for the realization of the projects
Monitor project implementation schedule and the ongoing results
Find out solutions to problems through appropriate experts
Receive and monitor mails/deliveries
Efficiently and responsibly manage inventory needs
Track status of workflow effectiveness and efficiency

Требования

At least 1 year of experience in the Project Management
Experience in working with manufacturing or construction spheres will be considered as an advantage
Fluency in English
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be a plus
Excellent client-facing and internal communication, Professional managerial and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-phased environment
