Optimum Partners - Armenia is a talent development and software engineering Company the Armenian Branch of Optimum Partners DWC located in Yerevan. We work with innovative global companies to provide world-class software development services. With an emphasis on identifying and deploying top local talent, we focus on developing and integrating our team members with our client's team. As a Software Engineer at Optimum Partners, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

We are looking to hire Junior Software Engineers with up to 1 year experience.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL, Python, JSON, and C#.
Write sustainable, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Contribute to the documentation of software design and code.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Fintech industry.
Knowledge in Sigma, Tableau or other reporting tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve skills and the company's products.
