We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Running user testing of applications, software and websites
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications and software function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Identify user needs and improve on existing features and experiences
Plan and implement new designs
Identify and troubleshoot UI/ UX problems
Working on multiple projects simultaneously
Follow industry trends
Conduct an ongoing user research

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer
Expertise in modern UX design tools, including Figma, Adobe After Effects, Lottie etc.
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of wireframe tools
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
Time planning and maintenance of deadlines
Detail orientation and excellent research techniques
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
