Job description:

“ID Bank” CJSC is looking for motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of the Consultant of Private Banking unit, who will be responsible for due service of VIP customers of the Bank. 

Job responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers;
  • Identification of needs of VIP customers, introduction of the Bank’s services;
  • Quick respond to VIP customers questions, full and quick solution of issues related thereto;
  • Providing personal consultancy/information on services and products offered by the Bank;
  • Providing information to VIP customers on their accounts and other applicable services, including provision of customer account statements and extracts on performed transactions;
  • Providing new, re-issued or confiscated plastic cards to the customers;
  • Acceptance of loan application when needed, and assurance of the application processing;
  • Opening and maintenance of deposit and other accounts for VIP customers;
  • providing customer service related with safe boxes;
  • Providing remote systems to VIP customers, execution of respective agreements, termination and amendment thereof;
  • Sale of bonds and other banking services.  

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in economics/finance;
  • At least 2 years of banking experience in service, VIP customer service will be an asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
  • Skills in effective service of customers;
  • Ability to organize works in a due manner, time management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage problems in a quick and efficient way;
  • Teamwork ability;
  • Ability to work in different situations and quick to orient.
