Job description:

We are looking for experienced, qualified and passionate individuals to join our fast growing team as Customer Acquisition and Retention Specialist. The successful candidate should have a deep knowledge in mathematics and excellent skills in Excel for carrying out statistical and analytical modeling of large data sets. This includes, but not limited to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Mining and extracting data from disparate sources
  • Preparing and analyzing extensive databases
  • Creating customer profiling and segmentation to drive business decision making
  • Understanding and monitoring the life cycle of customers 
  • Analyzing KPIs to better understand trends in consumer behaviors
  • Predicting future customer trends based on customer behavioral analysis
  • Creating promotions and loyalty programs based on historical data
  • Creating daily/weekly/monthly and yearly reports 
  • Understanding user needs and optimizing their experience

Required qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Marketing or other relevant field
  • Proven working experience in customer and data analytics in a B2C environment
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian is mandatory
  • Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using Business Intelligence solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change as well as having logical approach to solve problems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
  • Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
