Answering online support inquiries using our support software (will provide training)
- Fluent English
- At least one year of customer support experience preferred
- Professional, enthusiastic, and hard working individual who is willing to learn and grow within the company
- Strong typing skills
- Independent problem solving ability
- Strong writing skills
