Job responsibilities


Answering online support inquiries using our support software (will provide training)

Required qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • At least one year of customer support experience preferred
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and hard working individual who is willing to learn and grow within the company
  • Strong typing skills
  • Independent problem solving ability
  • Strong writing skills
