Job description:

We are looking for highly responsible and experienced Customer support specialist, the person who can have a great contribution in our actively growing team by his/her enthusiastic and creative work.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media. Register customers’ compliance in database.
  • Assist with placement of orders, cancel, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Collect FAQ’s, create answers, update periodically.
  • Answer incoming calls and advise on company information.
  • Provide support in pick-up and delivery of products according to customer orders.
  • Track the status of product deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist customers in registering their account in e-shop.

Required qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and service; 
  • Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic person with strong interpersonal skills; 
  • Customer-focused person with ability to deliver high level customer service at all times in a professional, courteous, sensitive and friendly manner.
  • Ability to provide fully comprehensive and professional information on TI’ME products, services and ongoing promotion campaigns;
  • Strong sense of urgency, discipline, commitment;
  • Good communicator with both written and verbal skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively;
  • Skills in making effective customer contact ensuring that customer issues are resolved;
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages

Required candidate level: Senior
