Job responsibilities

  • Resolve queries of the customers through email and chat within the assigned turnaround time
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process of all customer-related concerns
  • Appropriate escalation of customer-related concerns as required

Required qualifications

  • Be a native or at least have a full professional working proficiency in German
  • Have effective English reading and writing skills
  • Full-time German Email Customer Support
  • Work shift: 9am-6pm Armenia Time
  • Willing to be assigned to weekend shifts (the account operates 7 days a week)
  • Lives in Yerevan, Armenia
  • Have completed at least two years of college (or equivalent)
  • Have excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Highly inquisitive and with strong attention to details
  • Be able to adhere to schedule changes based on the project requirement
  • Proactive and display a positive attitude
  • Has the motivation to work on their own and to meet deadlines


Salary: 400-450 USD monthly, People with C2 level will be paid higher salary
