Թել-Սելն իր հաճախորդների աջակցման կենտրոնին միանալու է հրավիրում ակտիվ և գրագետ երիտասարդների։ Որպես հաճախորդների աջակցման կենտրոնի օպերատոր ձեր հիմնական նպատակն է հաճախորդների հարցումներին պատասխանելը և նրանց խնդիրներին սեղմ ժամկետներում լուծում տալը։

Job responsibilities
- Պատասխանել հաճախորդների մուտքային զանգերին և կատարել ելքային զանգեր
- Պատասխանել հաճախորդների հարցումներին օնլայն և սոցիալական հարթակների չաթերի միջոցով
- Տալ լուծում հաճախորդների խնդիրներին՝ համապատասխան ծրագրերի միջոցով
- Կատարել համապատասխան ճշտումներ և փոփոխություններ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում
- Իրականացնել հաճախորդների նույնականացում
- Հետևել ոլորտի փոփոխություններին և մշտապես աշխատել սպասարկման որակը բարելավելու համար
- Կատարել այլ առաջադրանքներ ըստ կարիքի
Required qualifications
- Ակտիվություն և արագ սովորելու կարողություն
- Բարդ և սթրեսային իրավիճակներում արագ կողմնորոշվելու և ճիշտ մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու կարողություն
- Գրագետ և հարգալից խոսք
- Հայերեն և ռուսերեն լեզուների գերազանց իմացություն
- Զանգերի սպասարկման ոլորտում փորձը կդիտվի որպես առավելություն

- Ցերեկային օպերատորների դեպքում՝ 09։00 - 18։00
- Երեկոյան օպերատորների դեպքում՝ 18։00 - 02։00 (հերթափոխային գրաֆիկով)
- Գիշերային օպերատորների դեպքում՝ 02։00 - 09։00 (հերթափոխային գրաֆիկով)
Աշխատանքի անցնելուց առաջ իրականացվում է ուսուցում և պրակտիկա։
