The company has been established in February 2010 in Yerevan, Armenia. The participants of the Company are the shareholders of Dalma Invest LLC (the owner of the first mall in Armenia – Dalma Garden Mall (www.dalma.am), which is the largest indoor multifunctional center with shopping, leisure, entertainment and family indoor facilities). Dalma Invest is a company affiliated to the Russian Tashir Group (www.tashir.ru), which is the largest diversified and construction companies, operates within a dozen economic sectors of Russia, among which we would like to highlight 67 shopping malls - Rio. In HoReCa segment the company is also the shareholders of La Boulangerie De Paris. In 2012 Dalma Invest LLC has performed the construction and the operation of the first shopping and entertainment center in Yerevan, Armenia - Dalma Garden Mall (www.dalma.am), which is now one of the largest indoor multifunctional center. We cooperate with many famous brands; one of our biggest tenants is Fawaz Alhokair Group, which is presenting such brands as: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Charles and Keith, Marks and Spencer, Accessories, La Senza, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Monsoon etc. It is has been more than 8 years since our team is leading in the shopping mall category business. For our team it is crucial to remain the first with our yearly more than 5.000.000 footfall , with high conversion rate due to our unique location. “Ed and T Partners” LLC has a long-term cooperation with Spanish Women’Secret brand – since 2011 and opened the first Women’ Secret brand store in March 2011 (Northern Avenue district). In June, 2016 the Company opened Women’Secret store in Dalma Garden Mall, and in July 2018 – the second store was opened in Rio Mall.In January 2019, the Company has signed a Franchise agreement for Springfield brand and opened the first store in Armenia in April, 2019. We are always in active negotiation with new brands to bring new value as in our profile and also in Armenia.
