IT is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's technological infrastructure. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and networks, ensuring the proper functioning of IT systems and operational continuity.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and company networks.
- Maintenance: Monitor IT system performance and intervene in case of failures or malfunctions, ensuring the availability and stability of the infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues by quickly identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Security: Implement security measures to protect company data and prevent intrusions, including firewalls, antivirus software, and backups.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, maintenance procedures, and changes made.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to company users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Networking: Manage the configuration and maintenance of company networks, ensuring connectivity and data security in transit.
- Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external vendors for the purchase of hardware and software, managing the integration of new solutions.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a technical IT role.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, databases, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to new technological scenarios․
- English is a MUST.
