Janazyan Projects is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our forward-thinking organization.
As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Job responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning our company as a trusted partner.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales would be an advantage
- Self-organization, ability to make independent decisions
- Excellent verbal and written negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
