Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Job responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts and other documents with customers, suppliers and other business partners
- Research and analyze Armenian and international legislation
- Analyze and identify risks and implications
- Highlight the points of the document that need approval
- Confirm contract provisions with the relevant departments
- Maintain documentation flow and reports in compliance with internal rules of department
- Work closely with the staff to prepare comprehensive briefs on everyday cases
- Prepare and present reports
- Perform other legal functions as needed
Required qualifications
- University degree in Economics or Business administration or related areas
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of RA Civil, Administrative and Gaming legislation
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Accurate, detail-oriented personality, ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
