Job responsibilities

Costing and Financial Control:

  • Oversee all procedures related to food and beverage (F&B) costings.
  • Monitor outlets for wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the cost of sales in all F&B outlets remains within budget.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and monthly Food and Beverage Reports to management.
  • Maintain menu pricing, consumption, and POS systems.
  • Record entries into Computerized Food & Beverage Store Ledger based on F&B Logs.
  • Collaborate with F&B Management on menu engineering and menu item costing.
  • Identify weaknesses in control procedures and propose improvements.
  • Complete month-end processing of General Ledger entries.

Accounts Payable Management:

  • Receive, verify, record, and pay all international invoices, issuing appropriate self-invoices.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable register, check or transfer register, and prepare various logs and reconciliation of registers.
  • Verify proper codes and signatures of appropriate Executive Committee Members on all invoices.
  • Establish and maintain a vendor file system to retain outstanding invoices.
  • Timely booking of all received invoices to the ledger.
  • Coordinate payment methods and terms with the Finance department.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
