Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in our dynamic team.

Job responsibilities

Manage director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Provide administrative assistance to the Executive
Conduct research, compile data and present the necessary domain-related information
Task Management
Handle business correspondence in Armenian, Russian and English
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents
Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Required qualifications

Higher education
Experience as an executive assistant or similar role will be an advantage
Proficient in both spoken and written Armenian, Russian and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google docs
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility and analytical mindset
