Management Systems Certification Body is hiring a quality assurance and certification specialist with excellent communication skills.

Job responsibilities
- Carry out the daily activities of the Quality Management Systems Department.
- Ensure staff training
- Develop documents in accordance with international and national standards (ISO 17021-1:2015, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22001:2018, etc.)
- Ensure the process of internal audits, management review meetings, customer complaints
- Ensure the implementation of CAPA and deviations
- Assist in the investigation and management of non-conformance incidents
Required qualifications
- Higher technical, economic, legal education.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of relevant ISO and EEC regulations
- Attended trainings: ISO 17021-1:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 and/or ISO 22001:2018
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team
