The incumbent will be responsible for developing the Bank’s risk management principles and standards

Perform assessment, quantitative and qualitative analysis, management and monitoring of market and liquidity risks of the Bank
Analyze and monitor the limits applied to correspondent banks and financial organizations
Develop, assess, manage, and monitor the Bank’s risk appetite and the system of internal standards/parameters management
Develop stress testing scenarios, implement models, assess the impact of scenarios on the Bank’s target indicators
Monitor processes, portfolios and limits within defined standards and authorities
Approve/express opinion on various banking instruments within the defined limits
Develop, automate, prepare and submit risk analysis reports to the management and appropriate subdivisions
Make recommendations regarding the risk management system

University degree in actuarial mathematics, quantitative finance, risk management, math modeling, finance or economics
At least 1+ years of relevant experience
Ability to analyze statistic and financial data, data-processing skills, analytical and creative thinking
Communication and team-player skills; cooperation and consultation skills
Python, R, Microsoft Office, SQL, AS-Bank 4.0
Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
