We are seeking a Team Coordinator to join TUMO in the role of Workshops Team Coordinator. If you're a driven individual who can effectively manage the daily activities and logistics of the Workshops Team, you would be an ideal candidate for this position.

Job responsibilities
Project Management
-
Assist with different project planning and execution
-
Coordinate and track tasks and activities within the project ensuring they are completed on time
-
Facilitate communication to keep everyone informed about project progress, changes, and issues
-
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Business Trip Coordination
-
Arrange transportation and accommodation for business trips working closely with the respective departments.
-
Address and troubleshoot issues related to business trips.
Schedule Management
-
Create and update schedules based on templates
-
Share monthly schedules with corresponding stakeholders
Workshop Support
-
Prepare and follow up on monthly workshop requirements
-
Assist in equipment preparation
-
Ensure readiness of the workshop
Administrative Support
-
Troubleshoot various administrative issues
-
Address technical issues by opening and following up on tickets
-
Channel various requests from Operations/Students
Documentation and Files Management
-
Workshop result management
-
Channel various requests from Operations/Students
Communication and Coordination

Share administrative information with Workshop Leaders
-
Conduct stationary inventory checks and assist with hardware inventory checks.

Handle purchase requests and follow up on purchases
-
Organize all team meetings
Learning Lab Support
-
Create forms, templates, and posts
-
Assist with student recruitment and shortlist applicants based on Learning Lab prerequisites.

Provide student lists to the Call center
-
Assist with rooming, scheduling, and transportation arrangements
-
Manage files of best results and assist with the organization of lab result presentations.
Required qualifications
-
Proven experience in administrative support roles
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in GSuite and familiarity with task management tools
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required candidate level: Junior

What is TUMO?

TUMO Boxes are already in operation in the towns of Berd, Gavar, Sevan, Vayk, Kapan and Martakert. Many more TUMO Boxes will open soon in various towns throughout Armenia and Artsakh.
