We are looking for a Support Engineer who will be responsible for the onsite maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and network servers in our Yerevan office, alongside providing support and managing equipment at the warehouse. The office is at Northern Avenue, 1.

Обязанности
- Install and upgrade software on user devices, ensuring seamless performance
- Issuance, upgrade, preparation and inventory of equipment
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot issues with virtual servers and cloud applications
- Implement and integrate automation processes to streamline operations
- Administer, distribute, and manage permissions for Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, GCP, AWS, Atlassian products, and other services
- Contribute to various IT projects, including research, implementation, and setting up the IT environment
- Provide onsite user support
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, software services, and system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/MacOS end-user device administration
- Knowledge of network and security
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM methodologies
- Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
- Experience providing end-user support via email, phone, and video calls

- Experience with Atlassian stack tools such as Jira, Confluence, and OpsGenie
- Familiarity with ZScaler, Falcon CrowdStrike, Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in administering GNU/Linux systems
- Understanding of identity terminologies such as SSO, LDAP, and OAuth
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
