Imagine Live is looking for a Turkish Speaking Pitboss to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring table operations and dealer performance to meet operational goals.

Обязанности
- Effectively monitor tables operations and activities during the shift
- Make sure game rules and procedures are in line with the operational standards
- Monitor dealers/shufflers' conduct and performance
- Monitor player behavior and report any violations
- Monitor chats and respond to customers complaints regarding problem gambling, unfair play or cheating
- Handle reports and communication with various departments and partners
Требования
- Knowledge of Turkish, Armenian and English languages
- Adaptability, flexibility
- Decision-making skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Prior experience would be a huge plus

Shifts:
- 1st day: 08:00-16:00
- 2nd day: 16:00-00:00
- 3rd day: 00:00-08:00
After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.
