Job description:
We are looking for an experienced budget planning & financial control specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job responsibilities
- Implementation of the budget planning
- Cost analysis and control over the implementation of the Bank's expenditure plan and capital investments.
- Annual budget planning of expenditure items and capital investments of the Bank at the level of contracts and projects, in the context of the Bank's divisions.
- Analysis of expenses for the purpose of functional cost analysis.
- Calculation of the cost of divisions and functions of the Bank.
- Distribution of expenses to the level of products and divisions of the Bank.
- Approval of the Bank's expenditures against the budget/plan approved by the bank.
- Control/monitoring of expenses on a daily basis, monitoring of accounting records.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance and accounting.
- Аt least 1 year of experience of in the field of finance, accounting preferably in a financial organization
- Experience of reporting on IFRS, management accounting, budget planning.
- Knowledge of international standards of financial reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
- Analytical thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Perfect time management skill.
