Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a deep understanding of Armenian legal regulations and practices. This position will involve providing legal advice and support to our company clients on various corporate matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.

Job responsibilities
- Provide legal consulting and guidance on corporate governance matters, including but not limited to, board governance, shareholder rights, and corporate policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements, including commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate legal issues, providing recommendations and solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Manage legal compliance efforts, including monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and implementing compliance programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages, all written and spoken.
