Telcell ընկերությունը հրավիրում է իր էներգիայով լի և ստեղծարար թիմին միանալու աշխույժ սպասարկող-գանձապահների՝ Ընկերության սպասարկման կետերում հաճախորդների սպասարկում իրականացնելու,Telcell օգտատերերին օգնելու պրոդուկտներն ավելի արագ և հարմարավետ կերպով կիրառել։

Job responsibilities
- Իրականացնել վճարումների ընդունում՝ կանխիկ դրամի միջոցով,
- Մուտքագրել վճարումների, հաճախորդների, այլ գործարքների տվյալները․ այստեղ կարևոր է ՀԾ իմացությունը՝ տվյալների պահպանման, գործարքի իրականացման և անդորրագրերի ճշտությունն ապահովելու համար,
- Մատուցել բարեխիղճ և գրագետ ծառայություն հաճախորդներին՝ պատասխանելով վերջիններիս հարցերին, անհատապես լուծելով նրանց խնդիրները, հետևաբար և ստեղծել դրական կապ հաճախորդի հետ,
- Վարել դրամարկղային գրքեր, կատարել գրանցումներ, կազմել կանխիկ դրամի մուտքի և ելքի փաստաթղթերը,
- Կատարել աշխատանքից բխող այլ գործառնություններ։
Required qualifications
- Բարձրագույն կրթություն տնտեսագիտության, հաշվապահության կամ այլ համապատասխան ոլորտներում,
- Սպասարկման ոլորտում աշխատանքային փորձ,
- MS Office փաթեթի իմացություն, ՀԾ-ի իմացությունը կդիտվի որպես առավելություն /մենք ապահովում ենք վերապատրաստում նախքան աշխատանքի անցնելը/,
- Հայերենի գերազանց իմացություն, ռուսերենի լավ իմացություն,
- Արագ կողմնորոշվելու ունակություն, կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներին սթափ արձագանքելու կարողություն։
