We are looking for Customer Support Specialists.
Customer Support applicants are needed for different shifts (please mention which shift in application):
- (10:00 - 19:00);
- (15:00 - 23:00);
- (19:00 - 04:00).

Job responsibilities
- Excellent and detailed understanding of the products;
- Identify common problems and escalate them to the management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible;
- Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced;
- Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone;
- Help existing users to find answers to their problems or concerns.
Required qualifications
• High proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• A positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients;
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
Required candidate level: Junior
