Acba bank is seeking product manager to join our digital product team.

Job responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommending improvements to existing products based on research findings
- Take part in requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, including working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Lead the development of a digital product (or a suite of such products)
- Analyze the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors
- Develop business models and monetization strategies for digital products and services
- Manage the product backlog and keeping it updated to manage customers' expectations
- Explore customers’ requirements in digital banking sector
- Take part in making legal acts for new products
- Take part in improvement of Acba digital system
Required qualifications
- Higher education in marketing, management, or other related fields
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management or similar role
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills, ability to learn quickly
- Experience in usability and customer-focused design
- Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Solid working experience with deadlines
- Be familiar to banking and fintech industry
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Basic knowledge in IT will be considered as a privilege
