Job responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: The Head of Partner Management is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities in the iGaming industry. This includes researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and expansion.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships: The Head of Partner Management works on establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry, such as game developers, software providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies. This involves negotiation and collaboration to form strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's offerings and reach.
  • Conducting market research and analysis: The Head conducts thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and potential target markets. This information helps in formulating effective business strategies, identifying gaps in the market, and tailoring products or services to meet customer demands.
  • Creating and implementing business development strategies: Based on market research and analysis, the Head develops and implements strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. This may involve formulating pricing strategies, identifying new revenue streams, and exploring opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
  • Managing sales and revenue targets: The Head of Partner Management is responsible for setting sales targets and revenue goals for the organization. They work closely with the sales team to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The Head collaborates with various departments within the organization, such as marketing, product development, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives. This involves coordinating efforts, sharing insights, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitoring industry regulations and compliance: The iGaming industry is subject to regulations and compliance requirements, varying from region to region. The Head stays up-to-date with these regulations and ensures the company operates within legal boundaries, obtaining necessary licenses and adhering to responsible gambling practices.
  • Representing the company in industry events and conferences: The Head of Partner Management often represents the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. This allows them to build relationships, promote the company's products or services, and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Managing and leading a team: The Head of Partner Management is responsible for managing a team of professionals. This includes setting clear goals and expectations, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive team culture. Effective team management ensures that all members are aligned with the organization's objectives and are working towards common goals.

Required qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, regulatory environment, and key players.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and formulate strategic plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for industry events, conferences, and meetings with partners.
