Job responsibilities
Oversee and manage hygiene standards across multiple supermarkets and production center.
Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and supervise staff on best hygiene practices.
Work with suppliers to ensure the food safety rules are applied.
Address and resolve any hygiene-related issues promptly.
Required qualifications
Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager role in the retail industry.
In-depth knowledge of health and food safety regulations and best practices.
Certification in health and food safety is a plus.
