Job description:

We're seeking a skilled and results-oriented PHP Full-Stack Developer (Mid to Senior) to join our growing team. You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and modern web development practices to design, build, and maintain web applications. You'll collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our users' needs.

Job responsibilities

Write secure, clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards
Database design and maintenance
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize existing code-bases for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Perform UI/back-end tests to optimize performance
Work with project managers when gathering requirements, presenting work (take complex technical terms and break them down into layman's terms)
Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in PHP, frameworks, and web development technologies
Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge within the team
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

Required qualifications

3+ years of solid experience with PHP
Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and experience with writing efficient SQL queries
Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming (OOP)
Good Knowledge of REST, Web sockets, SOAP
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with writing unit tests (PHPUnit)
Proficiency in English.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
High level of professionalism, attention to details, and confidentiality
Ability to accurately estimate task scope, predict challenges, and meet deadlines
Passion for building high-quality and user-centric web applications

Required candidate level: Mid level
