As our Recruiter, you'll take part in sourcing local and remote top talent.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents of various levels.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job sites, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build strong communication with hiring managers, making recommendations based on candidates' hard and soft skills.
  • Manage the onboarding of new employees, including preparing workstations, and issuing and setting up access permissions.
  • Monitor the labor market in different geo-locations.
  • Participate in the adaptation process of new employees.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and prepare recruitment reports.

Required qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in recruitment agencies, the FinTech sector, credit organizations, or financial startups).
  • Experience with outsourcing search and recruitment in various geo-locations is preferable.
  • Experience in filling vacancies at various levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment and feedback tools.
  • Ability to create a favorable and productive environment.
  • Willingness to evolve alongside the team.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of Russian is preferable but not mandatory.
