Job description:

We are looking for a Systems Analyst-Integrator with strong communication skills and analytical thinking to join the Central Bank IT & Cybersecurity team.

Job responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Elaboration of requirements with all interested parties, including external customers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Development of Business Requirements and Technical Requirements (together with the architect/developer) and Terms of Reference (for the contract).
• Integration Planning:
  Plan and design systems that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for system integration.
• Microservices-Based Solution Design:
  Develop end-to-end solution architectures for the internal systems using a Microservices approach, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security (based on industry standards and regulations).
• Security and Compliance:
  Design security measures and compliance protocols to protect sensitive financial data, taking into account industry standards.
• Technology Evaluation/Research:
  Stay informed about emerging technologies and microservices frameworks and conduct assessments to recommend the most suitable tools, frameworks, and platforms for our payment processing solution.

Required qualifications

• Higher education in Information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of object-oriented design principles and clean software architecture
• Fundamental knowledge in database design and normalization
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) within a microservices framework
• Proficiency in programing languages
• Understanding of security practices and compliance standards in the payment processing industry in a microservices context
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, payment gateways, encryption and tokenization
