Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager for Food & Beverage sector to manage the company’s supply of products and services.

Обязанности

  • Overseeing the end-to-end supply and procurement process for essential goods required by companies;
  • Regularly receiving lists of required products from department managers, processing them within defined intervals (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensuring their timely and documented procurement through supplier organizations or individuals;
  • Utilizing relevant databases to identify the types and quantities of products needed by companies;
  • Conducting continuous market research to explore alternative product options, presenting comprehensive lists with the best price-quality combinations to companies;
  • Ensuring uniform pricing for similar products procured by different companies;
  • Negotiating with all suppliers, assessing proposals, drafting supply contracts, and establishing delivery schedules;
  • Creating and consistently updating a list of suppliers and product alternatives, including primary and secondary options;
  • Proactively addressing product shortages across all companies to eliminate any disruptions;
  • Collaborating closely with suppliers to promptly receive information on consumed products, taking necessary actions to prevent stockouts;
  • Cultivating positive working relationships with colleagues;
  • Striving for the optimal price-quality balance in all procured products for the companies;
  • Generating and submitting relevant reports on completed tasks;
  • Fulfilling additional assignments as directed by the immediate Manager.

Требования

  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field;
  • Minimum 2-4 years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing in F&B sector;
  • Experience in industry procedures, costs and terms;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets;
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
