Ardos Performance Marketing is looking for a Senior Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to join the team. The perfect candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Paid Search and should not be afraid to figure things out and grow with us. Must have an excellent level of English and a good understanding of performance marketing.

Обязанности

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Monitor the main important account metrics and optimize them towards achieving clients goals.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
• Provide advanced recommendations for ad copy and landing page improvements to enhance campaign performance and drive conversions.
• Execute campaign setups in accordance with client goals.
• Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly client reports, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
• Oversee the integration of CRM systems with Google Ads to track offline conversions and attribute them to PPC campaigns.
• Implement and manage advanced conversion tracking techniques to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Maintain main Google certifications for Search, Shopping, Display, and Video campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies and initiatives.

Требования

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns and achieving measurable results for clients.
• Readiness to be a “student for life” and teach others too.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Passion for search and internet marketing, with a desire to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
