Обязанности
- Organize and structure the recruitment process, identify recruitment needs
- Coordinate the hiring process with team leads
- Create and post job descriptions on job boards, ads, career portals, etc.
- Keep in touch with passive candidates by crafting and send personalized recruiting emails
- Organize the interviewing process with candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Develop the recruitment policies, strategies & processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner
- Participate in job fairs and career events
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in International recruitment is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with excellent follow-through skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
- Fluent in English and Russian languages
