We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented, and experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Managing Jira processes, to make the contract signing process easier
Enhance communication and cooperation among the parties, fostering a positive experience during the contract signing process
Review and approve all Jira tickets related to contracts and documents, ensuring accuracy
Tracking access to contracts and documents, providing access as needed
Regular monitoring of contract signing processes
Provision of necessary training on the process of signing contracts
To ensure the entire document flow of the Digitain Group in accordance with the relevant sections
Other functions arising from the position

At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
Accurate, detail-oriented personality, ability to meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong time management skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
