Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Administrative Project Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Systematize and coordinate the general works related to the departments under the direct control of the CEO, as well as the works related to other departments of the organization.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact delivery.
Implement and maintain project management tools and systems to track progress and communicate updates.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to CEO.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and organizing meetings.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Master's degree in administration, management, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Armenian.
At least 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proven experience in administrative support and project management roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
