Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Work on complex M&A deals, complex corporate, investment and financing transaction;
- Draft and review contracts and other transaction documents;
- Prepare legal memorandums and legal opinions;
- Draft corporate policies, regulations and other corporate documentation;
- Perform legal due diligence;
- Represent clients in licensing, registration, authorization, certification and other administrative proceedings;
- Be involved in registration and protection of IP rights.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in law;
- Professional fluency in Armenian and English languages, professional fluency in Russian is strongly desirable;
- Aptitude for analytical and critical thinking, problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- At least 3 years of professional experience (preferably in legal advisory or as an inhouse lawyer);
- Experience in leading projects and directly managing clients is a strong asset;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Fixed competitive compensation based on qualifications, plus client acquisition and retention incentives.
