Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
Responsibilities:
Managing customers IP telecom accounts: charging, balance control, top up, credits;
Work with invoices bookkeeping;
Collecting debts on customers’ accounts;
Control prices on virtual telephone numbers trading;
Reporting;
Clients support on all billing issues (calls, emailing).
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
Requirements:
Strong English skills for daily active communications - upper-intermediate;
Work experience and/or professional education in accounting, bookkeeping, economics;
Business ethics knowledge, good negotiations skills, service approach;
Accuracy with numbers, operating with big data volumes;
Dedication, responsibility, hard-working;
Ability to learn fast, self-management, proactiveness.
