Experienced in managing high-volume communication across diverse channels, optimizing delivery rates, and navigating international and gray communication channels.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Monitoring, evaluating, and supporting the % deliverability and delivery speed of system emails with high volume
- Monitoring, evaluating, and supporting the % delivery of SMS messages
- Setting up, monitoring, evaluating, and supporting the % deliverability of messages through messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Monitoring the market, initiating changes, and launching new communication channels with clients to optimize costs and increase % deliverability (client engagement)
- Collaborating with related departments to resolve technical issues and escalations
- Assigning development tasks necessary for the development and optimization of email, SMS, and messaging app campaigns
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Has experience managing high volumes of communication across various channels
- Has experience interacting with internet service providers, spam filtering services, blacklist operators, and other delivery stakeholders to ensure maximum delivery rates
- Can analyze spam filter performance
- Has experience analyzing logs
- Familiar with IP address and domain reputations
- Can work with postmasters of email providers
- Experience working with SMS providers
- Experience launching campaigns through messaging apps
- Experience implementing campaigns through gray communication channels (may not be listed on resumes)
- Experience with communication channels in international markets
