A Customer Service Specialist in Turkish is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers regarding their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to a product or service. The primary objective of a Customer Care Specialist is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship between the companyandits customers.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

● Provide support via chat, phone, and email to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products or services. ● Handle customers’ requests and effectively address any problems or challenges they may encounter. ● Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with a particular service and maintain positive relationships. ● Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. ● Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within designated time limits, and ensure resolution. ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions with customers● Provide comprehensive information about the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to customers. ● Inform customers about available deals, promotions, and special offers to enhance their overall experience. Internal Coordination and Escalation ● Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to address customer needs and facilitate efficient problem resolution. ● Identify and escalate complex issues to management for further assistance and resolution. ● Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem, ensuring a satisfactory outcome. ● Conduct ongoing registration of customer requests and maintain accurate records of accomplishments and outcomes. Requirements ● Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. ● Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish, English will be a plus. ● KnowledgeoftheIGamingindustry will be a plus. ● Strongcommunicationskills, both verbal and written. ● Strongproblem-solving skills. ● Attention to detail and accuracy. ● Ability to work under pressure and stay positive. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Ability to work shifts and weekends
