BostonGene is a pioneer company that uses biomedical software to identify new and personalized treatment options with next-generation multi-platform analytics, improving and optimizing cancer patient outcomes. We develop a distributed information and analytical system that provides oncologists with the necessary data for diagnosis and personalized treatment of patients.

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our Yerevan office.

Currently, we are building a data office with a team of 3 people. The team integrates various sources and business systems - SalesForce CRM, Lab Management System, Billing Management, Order Management, etc.
Additionally, we have a large amount of medical data, including our unique dataset.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Responsibilities:

Designing and building an analytics system
Developing technical solutions and operating rules for the DWH
Establishing ETL processes, writing ETL procedures for loading data from external sources
Developing the logical and physical model, preparing data structures and transporting them within the storage.
Consultation data analysts on building data marts
Validating data from business systems and medical datasets.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Requirements:

Work experience of at least 2.5 years
Knowledge and application of various approaches in data warehouse models: pros, cons, pitfalls
Experience with Airflow, Prefect or similar tools, experience in building ETL processes
Experience with industrial DBMS - PostgreSQL/Greenplum DB/Oracle/MSSql
Excellent knowledge of Python
Working with various APIs
Deep understanding of SQL
Experience with Apache Kafka
Desirable practical experience with various BI systems
Usage Git, CI/CD, Docker, K8s.
Other activities: data catalog, functional testing tool
