Cypress is a growing IT outsourcing company offering top-notch software development and technology solutions globally. As we continue to expand, we need a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Generalist to lead our marketing efforts.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to attract potential clients, and drive lead generation.
Identify and utilize the most appropriate digital channels to achieve maximum impact.
Independently plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Engage contractors in solving domain-specific tasks when necessary.
Conduct client background checks and arrange client calls in coordination with the HR and technical team.
Consistently review and adjust strategies in response to performance outcomes, AB testing, and insights, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Report directly to CEO
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, particularly within the software development sector, to inform and enhance our marketing efforts.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles, in the B2B software development field.
Proficiency in marketing techniques such as email marketing, SEO optimization, content marketing, ads, LinkedIn, AB testing, and analytics.
Experience using common analytical tools and proficiency in their integration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Proactive and independent with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to drive campaigns forward.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights, along with proficiency in performance tracking to measure marketing effectiveness.
Proficiency in utilizing ChatGPT and other cutting-edge AI tools to optimize work processes.
Experience with sales funnels is a plus
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
