This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Marketing Department for SoftConstructs Creedroomz department located in Yerevan. As the Head of Marketing, the role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the marketing department, which include market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, and sales collateral.
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate innovative ideas into our marketing strategies.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions..
