Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Identify and assess potential risks across all areas of the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks on the organization. Develop risk registers and prioritize risks based on their severity and relevance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation measures are in place.
• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to guide risk management activities across the organization. Ensure policies are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Establish mechanisms for ongoing risk monitoring and reporting to track the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts. Provide regular reports and updates on the organization's risk profile and status.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, regulators, and external auditors. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
• Provide training and support to employees at all levels to enhance risk awareness and understanding across the organization. Foster a risk-aware culture that encourages proactive risk management practices.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Risk Management) is preferred.
• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM, PRM) is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in risk management, preferably in a leadership role within a complex organization or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and quantify risks effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to balance risk and reward effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
