We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our products. This role involves overseeing the entire product development cycle, from concept to launch, while also executing the functions of a business analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret user and traffic data to drive product decisions.

1. Product Development:
   • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch.
   • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.
   • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
2. Project Management:
   • Oversee the product development cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
   • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
   • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
   • Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
3. Business Analysis:
   • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
   • Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
   • Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to meet business needs.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and impact.
4. Data Analysis:
   • Analyze user behavior and traffic data to inform product decisions.
   • Utilize data analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
   • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
   • Generate insights and recommendations to optimize user experience and drive growth.
   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
   • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
   • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
   • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
   • Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).
   • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
   • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.

   • Preferred Qualifications:

   • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
   • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices.
   • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (preferably Tableau).
   • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
