We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for creating clear and concise documentation. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to create user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical documentation.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand product features and technical details.
- Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for the target audience.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
- Ensure consistency in product messaging and user interface text (UX writing)
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence.
- Experience with image creation and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Snagit, Microsoft Snipping Tool.
- Proficiency in API documentation tools such as Swagger (OpenAPI) and Postman.
- Experience with UX Writing tools such as Loco Translations, CrowdIn.
- Ability to work effectively in a limited timeframe and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience in financial banking or related industry is a must.
