The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to boost our online presence and enhance our marketing and sales efforts. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance data, managing campaigns, and interacting with our community to build a loyal customer base.

1. Social Media Strategy:

   • Develop, implement, and manage Free Style Group’s social media strategy.
   • Identify and define the most important social media KPIs.
   • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

2. Content Creation:

   • Independently create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, written posts) for various social media platforms.
   • Ensure content aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
   • Develop and maintain a content calendar.

3. Community Management:

   • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a friendly and professional manner.
   • Foster community engagement and cultivate relationships with followers.
   • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

   • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
   • Prepare detailed monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, including insights and actionable recommendations.
   • Use data to inform future campaigns and strategies.

5. Paid Advertising:

   • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to support promotional efforts.
   • Measure and report on the performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive content.
   • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
   • Engage with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
