We are currently seeking outstanding candidates to join EY Yerevan team for Senior Analyst position with Strategy and Transactions Department. Work in Strategy and Transactions involves a wide range of valuation, business modelling, due diligence, restructuring, M&A and other projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Promote EY transactions services and contribute to the development of the methodologies supporting these services under the general supervision of senior management
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through both developments of professional staff and client relationships
• Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with EY international network
• Undertake detailed financial modelling, financial analysis, value analysis
• Gain a thorough understanding of the target business and its market; perform research and analysis of the target industry and of quoted companies operating in that sector. Utilize resources, such as Capital IQ, ThomsonONE, Oxford Economics, BMI Research and others
• Preparation of client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables
• Preparation and presentation of proposals. Consistently develop a pipeline to successfully achieve assigned revenue goals
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline
• 3+ years of progressive experience
• Good understanding of core valuation and financial modeling concepts, methods
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and a sound grasp of financial accounting
• The ability to demonstrate intellectual rigor and commercial awareness
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Achievement of, or progress towards, CFA or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous
• Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) skills
• Fluency in English and Russian languages, both verbal and written
• Excellent report writing, communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong familiarity with project management, methodologies, and best practices
• Customer-centric approach
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with clients
• Knowledge and application of project management practices
• Business and analytical thinking and risk management abilities
• Ability to travel
