Digitain is seeking a Turkish speaking professional to take the position of Quality, Training and Communications specialist in the Company's team. He/she will be responsible for quality control of Customer service in Turkish language, preparation, organization and delivery of trainings, necessary to Customer Care and Service Delivery staff, on-time and correct communication provision within Customer Care and Service Delivery teams.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Customer service quality control, assessment and improvement, feedback provision
- Arrangement of skills improvement coaching sessions
- Preparation of training materials
- Delivery of trainings on new products, features, as well as skills for customer service quality improvement inside Customer Care and Service Delivery teams
- Knowledge tests organization and handling for new and current employees
- Ensuring the circulation and dissemination of information necessary for customer service
- Other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- University degree
- Minimum 2-3-year work experience in relevant field or in Customer service
- Ability to deliver trainings and quality materials in Armenian, English and mainly Turkish languages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and training handling skills
- Competent speech, ability to motivate and persuade
- Knowledge of MS office, good knowledge of Power Point, Internet navigation skills
- Analytical thinking, open to changes and quick orientation skills
- Working ethics, high sense of responsibility, hardworking, initiative and flexible personality
- Ability to work under high pressure and deal with strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks
