Job responsibilities

We plan to develop and implement large features in the product in 2020, so we need a Business Analyst.

  • Conducting market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
  • Identifying problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
  • Collaborating with financial reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations between stakeholders, development and marketing teams to share ideas and findings.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, technicians and managerial staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, executors and users.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business field (an MBA is a plus). A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
  • Ability to understand business needs and transform that into business and technical functional requirements documentation.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements as well as plenty of experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Ability to analyze a large amount of information in a short time.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills (English and Russian)
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of successful projects.
