Converse bank is looking for a specialist who will effectively provide customer service over the phone and SMS texting.

Job responsibilities
- Providing information to customers about the bank services and the terms thereon
- Provide support to customers for performing various banking operations over the phone and SMS texting,
- Explore, clarify and solve the problems and issues raised by customers;
- Conduct monitoring of card operations and fraud transactions,
- Take various promotional activities to increase the sales of banking products over the phone,
- Technical support of remote control systems,
- Call forwarding to the appropriate subdivisions of the Bank,
- Performs tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications
- Specialized secondary education,
- At least 1 year of work experience in the banking system,
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation,
- Fluent in the Armenian and Russian languages, good knowledge of the English language,
- Knowledge of MS office and Armenian Software will be considered a privilege,
- Adaptable mindset, good attitude and excellent writing skills,
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently,
- Teamwork capabilities,
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
